When will my order ship?

Nametags.com strives to ship everything within 24 hours. Most orders placed by 3pm ship the same day it is placed and/or approved.

How long does it take from Provo, Utah to get to me?

Can I return my product?

If there is a problem with your order, please call us immediately. All order errors done on our part will be taken care of immediately. If your order was done wrong at our fault, we will replace it at no charge. We do not allow returns on custom items, only redos.

Why do you only proof one tag?

In order to save money and time, we only proof one tag on your order. This tag becomes the template. All other nametags will be manufactured using that specific template.
